Contract for Auto Ship Program-

Smokeless Delite offers its Auto Ship Program for all of its cartridge flavors, sizes, and levels. When purchasing the Auto Ship Program for cartridges from Smokeless Delite, you are willingly giving consent for Smokeless Delite to charge your credit card 30 days from purchase, and every 30 days from heron out. By selecting the desired items, entering valid credit card information, and checking out with your credit card, you give Smokeless Delite authorization to charge your credit card every 30 days without your acknowledgement until termination of the Auto Ship Program contract. Smokeless Delite will not fraudulently charge any erroneous fees. All charges will be applied solely to the Auto Ship Program for cartridges from Smokeless Delite.

Cancelation of Auto Ship Program-

If you are not completely satisified with the Auto Ship Program for cartridges from Smokeless Delite, simply email a customer service representative at- info@smokelessdelite.com with a request to terminate your contract with Smokeless Delite and the Auto Ship Program. Smokeless Delite will remove the customer from the Auto Ship program and will not make any more charges on the customer’s credit card.

Refund Of Auto Ship Fees

If you have receive cartridges from Smokeless Delite after signing up on the Auto Ship Program for cartridges from Smokeless Delite, you can send all unopened cartridges to AMS Fulfillment, Inc. for a full refund of all un tampered with cartridges.
