Over the last several years, second hand smoking dangers have became very clear with many different bans on when and where smokers can smoke. There are two kinds of second hand smoke, side steam and mainstream smoke. Side stream smoke is when smoke is released into the air from a tobacco product such as a pipe, regular cigarettes or a cigar. Mainstream smoke is when the smoke has been inhaled by the smoker then exhaled out into the air around them. Second hand smoking dangers occur because tobacco contains over four thousand chemical, which are all harmful to the health of all human beings.

Second hand smoking dangers are known to lead to a wide variety of health related problems such as lung disease, cancer of the lungs as well as sinuses, stroke, it weakens the immune system, coughing, asthma, bronchitis and Pneumonia just to name a few. What happens is as the second hand smoke is entering your body these different chemicals will have a major effect on every organ in your body. Meaning that as the smoke is coming into your lungs, it immediately will hit the blood stream spreading all organs; this is why so many have been warned of second hand smoking dangers over the last 20 years.

In some cases, you have some smokers who fail to see the dangers of second hand smoking often claiming that they are hurting no one but themselves. And even if there are second hand smoking dangers if you don’t like it, you can leave. While this is true to a certain extent, there is clear scientific evidence underscoring all the different second hand smoking dangers that non smokers are exposed to. Even though you have those who are in denial about second hand smoking dangers it is clear that more non smokers are uncomfortable being around the toxic air that so many smokers breathe on a daily basis.
